OUR PROCESS…

Kickoff - after filling out our inquiry form, we will schedule a phone call to further discuss your vision for the trip, travel style, and preferences.

Initial Planning Phase - with the help of our industry partners, we will work together to design a custom itinerary. Once finalized, we take care of booking all aspects of the itinerary and managing all of your confirmation documents.

Final Details - A few months prior to your trip, we can revisit the itinerary and see what gaps need to be filled, like dining reservations or additional activities.

Travel Across The Map - You will have all of your documents and recommendations in your digital travel app before your departure to lead you through your day-to-day. While you are traveling, you have full access to our team as well as our destination partners, if you have any questions or need any assistance.

Recap - When you return home, we would love to hear about your trip! These conversations are so important as they help us stay as up to date as possible on the destinations, and also help us to be better advisors to our clients.

 

BEFORE WE START…

Molly Across The Map focuses on luxury travel and has developed relationships with suppliers and destination partners that are experts on the luxury segment. Our minimum budget requirements ensure we are the best fit for our clients. Trip minimums are NOT inclusive of airfare.

Mexico: $5,000

Caribbean: $7,000 

Africa: $10,000

Europe: $10,000

Asia: $10,000

South Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, French Polynesia, etc.): $10,000

Alaska & Hawaii: $10,000

Domestic USA (not including Alaska & Hawaii): $5,000

 

OUR PLANNING FEES…

Before receiving your initial proposal, you will be asked to pay a Planning Fee, which cover the time and expertise needed to provide our services.

The Essentials - $300+

Our Essentials package includes expert curation of the right hotel, villa, or resort for you, followed by booking and management of your accommodations and transportation. This is ideal for travelers who want to relax at a resort with no fixed plans, explore a new city at their leisure, or handle most details themselves—they just want guidance on where to stay, or access to our VIP perks.

Custom Itinerary - $600+

The Custom Itinerary package includes expert accommodation selection plus full itinerary design - including activities, exclusive experiences, transportation, restaurant/spa reservations, and more. This package is ideal for clients visiting more than one destination or looking for truly full-service travel planning.

Group Travel (12+ travelers) - $1,000+

Traveling with a big family, a group trip, or planning a destination wedding? The Group Travel package includes a full custom itinerary for groups of 12 or more travelers.
